Refunds and Returns
Items purchased from Megawatts can be returned within 90 days of purchase. We hope you can quickly and easily find the items you need on our website. However, if you wish to return an item within 90 days, the return process is just as quick and easy.
Regarding order cancellations, orders can only be canceled before the item is shipped, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Please note that refunds will only be issued to your original payment method/account.
Eligible Items for Return
If the item you purchased meets the following conditions, it may be returned within 90 days of purchase:
►The item received is defective
►The item received does not match the order
►The item received is damaged
►The item received is unsuitable for your vehicle due to an incorrect product description
►The part malfunctions during normal use
►The part is no longer needed
►The part was purchased by mistake
In all of the above cases, Megawatts will cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the returned parts are unused and in their original packaging, with all items and components kept in their original, intact packaging.
Return process
You can easily complete a return through Megawatts by following these three steps to submit a return request.
Submit a request (on the website)
►Go to Order History and click “Return Order.”
►Select the order and quantity you wish to return.
►Select the reason for the return.
►Upload photos of the received parts (optional).
►Leave a comment regarding the reason for the return (optional).
►Click “Submit Request.”
Return
►Print and attach the return label provided in the email.
1.Receive Replacement Item or Refund
Once the item is received by us and meets the return criteria, the replacement item will be prepared for shipment, or the refund will be returned to the original payment method. The specific date you receive the replacement item or refund will depend on the logistics company or payment platform.
Note 1: Before returning the item, please confirm that the return request has been approved (check the return details in the return order) and that you have received the email with the return label. Please ship the item according to the logistics information and address on the return label.
Note 2: For replacement items, if there are discrepancies between the original order and the replacement item, we will coordinate with you before shipping. For refunds, only the actual price of the order will be refunded, excluding other fees (such as installation fees, etc.). If the return is due to customer reasons (such as changing your mind or order errors, etc.), shipping fees will not be refunded.
Note 3: If a customer cancels an order containing additional items before shipment, a refund will be issued for both the original item and the additional items. If a customer returns an order containing additional items, both the original item and the additional items must be returned together. If a customer wishes to keep the additional items, they must pay the original price listed on our website rather than the discounted price of the additional items.
