Refunds and Returns
All engine parts purchased from Megawatts can be returned within 90 days of purchase. We hope you can quickly and easily find the spare parts you need on our website. However, if you wish to return an parts within 90 days, the return process is just as quick and easy.

Regarding order cancellations, orders can only be canceled before the item is shipped, in which case a full refund will be issued.

If you wish to return your order for any reason other than a product defect (e.g., change of mind or dissatisfaction), a 20% restocking fee will apply to the purchase price of the product bought. Additionally, you will be fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note that refunds will only be issued to your original payment method/account.

Eligible Items for Return
If the item you purchased meets the following conditions, it may be returned within 90 days of purchase:

►The engine parts received is defective

►The engine parts received does not match the order

►The engine parts received is damaged

►The engine parts received is unsuitable for your engine due to an incorrect product description

►The engine parts malfunctions during normal use

No Quality Defect: The purchase price will be refunded, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Quality Defect: The full purchase price will be refunded, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.

In all of the above cases, please ensure that the returned parts are unused and in their original packaging, with all items and components kept in their original, intact packaging. Any return or exchange request for damaged or defective products requires photos that clearly describe the problem. Megawattsparts reserves the right to assess return shipping costs if photos are not available.

How to initiate a return
Please contact customer service directly at sales@megawattsparts.com before returning items. We are not responsible for refunding orders without first requesting a refund.

The return process for all products must be initiated within 90 days of receipt. Receipt occurs when the last package of an individual product is delivered according to the carrier's confirmation, not when the order is unboxed.

1.Receive Replacement Parts or Refund  

Once the spare parts is received by us and meets the return criteria, the replacement item will be prepared for shipment, or the refund will be returned to the original payment method. The specific date you receive the replacement parts or refund will depend on the logistics company or payment platform.
Note 1: Before returning the engine parts, please confirm that the return request has been approved (check the return details in the return order) and that you have received the email with the return label. Please ship the item according to the logistics information and address on the return label.

Note 2: For replacement parts, if there are discrepancies between the original order and the replacement parts, we will coordinate with you before shipping. For refunds, only the actual price of the order will be refunded, excluding other fees (such as installation fees, etc.). If the return is due to customer reasons (such as changing your mind or order errors, etc.), shipping fees will not be refunded.

Note 3: If a customer cancels an order containing additional items before shipment, a refund will be issued for both the original parts accessories and the additional parts accessories. If a customer returns an order containing additional items, both the original spares and the additional spares must be returned together. If a customer wishes to keep the additional spares, they must pay the original price online rather than the discounted price of the additional items.
