For a better shopping experience, please inspect the items immediately upon receipt. If you encounter any issues or damage, you may request a refund and return within 90 days of purchase (for details, please refer to the Return Policy).
When your order no longer meets the return criteria, please read the following warranty terms to determine if your order is covered under the warranty.
We commit to providing high-quality parts that meet the strictest automotive parts replacement standards. The warranty covers part replacement and refunds. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not include labor costs, towing fees, rental fees, storage fees, legal fees, lost wages, or any other indirect expenses.
Please note that products will not be eligible for free warranty service under the following circumstances:
- The product has exceeded the warranty period.
- Man-made damage caused by improper operation or use, i.e., damage to the product due to abuse, misuse, improper repair or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification.
- Damage caused by force majeure events (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, typhoons, etc.).
