In most cases, packages will arrive within the estimated timeframe. However, actual delivery dates may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate arrival date.

Damaged Packages

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect all shipping packages and items for damage, loss, or incorrect parts. Our warehouse makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, but occasional accidents may occur. If you receive damaged parts, please contact us immediately to avoid being charged for round-trip shipping costs. After 90 business days from the date the order is shipped, we will not be liable for any damage, loss, or incorrect parts, regardless of the responsible party. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All claims for such incidents must be reported and handled through the shipping company. Risk of Loss

All products purchased from our website are subject to our shipping terms, which are FOB shipping point. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of the products transfer to you at the shipping point, i.e., when the carrier accepts the goods for transport. If you do not receive the entire shipment within two (2) full business days after the carrier's estimated delivery date, you must contact us immediately. All claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the shipment date to preserve the possibility of a claim. We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company.
