Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect all shipping packages and spares for damage, loss, or incorrect parts. Our warehouse makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, but occasional accidents may occur. If you receive damaged parts, please contact us immediately to avoid being charged for round-trip shipping costs. After 90 business days from the date the order is shipped, we will not be liable for any damage, loss, or incorrect parts, regardless of the responsible party. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All claims for such incidents must be reported and handled through the shipping company.
Delivery rejection occurs before a customer/consignee accepts the goods, whereas revocation refers to situations where a customer has already accepted the goods. The Megawatts gives customers the right to revoke acceptance of goods only in very limited circumstances. More specifically, a customer make revoke acceptance if :
We have shipped you the wrong item by mistake, we will either refund you in full or send you an item with an alternative item (if applicable). Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the wrong product and the shipping packaging.
