In most cases, packages will be delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, actual delivery dates may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
Damaged Packages
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect all shipping packages and items for any damage, loss, or incorrect parts. Our warehouse makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, but occasional accidents may occur. If you receive damaged parts, please contact us immediately to avoid being charged for round-trip shipping costs. After 90 business days from the date the order was shipped, we will not be liable for any damage, loss, or incorrect parts, regardless of who is at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All claims for such incidents must be reported and handled through the shipping company.
